Master Rim's Tae Kwon-Do has been bringing the ultimate instruction in martial arts around the GTA and the Durham Region. Our instructors are selected for not only their expertise and achievements in martial arts, but also for their talent to communicate their knowledge to students of all ages.

For that reason, our instructors constantly undergo advanced training in martial arts to enhance the latest teaching methods to develop the human body. Every member of our instructor team is very caring, dear and approachable as they possess a true love for instructing martial arts.

Master Rim is well-known in both Korea and Canada for his martial arts ability as well as his ability to work with children.

Master Rim teaches daily classes himself. He is the founder of
Master Rim's Taekwondo School (est. 1980).

  • 1992 Team Canada Coach at the Korean National Championships in Daegu, South Korea
  • Former President of the International Taekwondo Federation in Ontario

Mr. James Rim
4th Degree (Dan) Black Belt

Mr. Rim has toured all around Ontario, performing taekwondo demonstrations since the age of 3. He is the son of Master Rim.
